    • By store executed contract
  • Intelligent Document Import

For more information see, Creating a Contract.

Quick Contract Creation with Default Values

Administrators can configure the system to allow the users to create contracts quickly, without selecting contract creation options or filling in the contract details. For more information, see Enabling Quick Contract Creation with Default Values

User-friendly Information Display for Contract Relationship

When linking contracts, a message is displayed to users showing the relationship that will be established between the two contracts. After the contracts are linked, the Relationships table reflects the relationship between the current contract and the linked contract. For more information, see “To create a custom contract relationship” section in Managing Custom Contract Relationship.

Document Generation Workflow

Using the Document Generation workflow activity, administrators can manually or automatically generate and manage contract documents according to specified criteria. For more information, see Managing Admin Console.

Application Manager: Hide and Display Related Apps in Contract Apps

Using the Application Manager module in the Admin Console, administrators can create, manage, and customize apps and app groups, associate apps with the app groups, and control their visibility and placement based on user profiles. For more information, see Managing Admin Console.

Restricting Editing of Activated Contracts

Administrators can enable the “Restrict Editing after Activation” setting to prevent users from editing any contract records and their amended or renewed records once the contract is activated.
