New Features and Enhancements

The following features are new to Conga CLM in this release.

Cycle Time Reporting

Administrators can enable the “Cycle Time Report” setting to track the time a contract record takes to move from one stage to another on the Reports & Dashboards page. For more information, see General Settings.

Approval-related Actions in Activity History

Users can view the approval-related activities performed on the contract in the Activity History. For more information see Preview and Submit Approval Request and Viewing Activity History.

In-app Notifications

The administrators can configure criteria-based notifications to be delivered to the users in-app. In-app notifications provide real-time updates, alerts, or information without requiring users to leave the CLM application. The users can see a notification in the application when the notification condition is met. Clicking on the notification link, the user is navigated to the record. They can mark the notification as read or unread. For more information, see Creating In-App Notifications and Viewing In-app Notifications.

Signed Upload Document With AdobeSign

Users can upload the signed copy of the contract document received from the signatories to the contract record. For more information see Sending Documents for eSignature with Adobe Sign.

View Settings Functionality for Insights

View Setting allows you to control the columns displayed in the grid, freeze or pin a range of columns, rearrange their order, and adjust their width by resizing them in the Insights tab for a contract record. For more information, see the “View Settings” section in Working with Insights.

Ability to View and Export Maximum Clauses

Users can now view 500 clauses in the Rows per page drop-down list and export them simultaneously. For more information, see Viewing Clause Details and Exporting Clause Records

Assigning Record Types for User Selection

Administrators can assign record types to users, ensuring that only the assigned record types are available for selection. During contract creation, users can only view the record types assigned to them. For more information, see the “Assigning Record Types” section in Creating a Contract.
