As Salesforce is starting the process of moving away from Workflow Rules and transitioning to Flow, you can temporarily migrate Workflow Rules in CLM to Flow. In the upcoming release, Workflow Rules will be migrated to Flow automatically.

To migrate Workflow Rules to Flow

You must migrate the following Workflow Rules to Flow.

  1. Search Field Update

  2. Set Agreement Number

After you migrate all Workflow Rules to Flow, you must perform an additional configuration for the Set Agreement Number flow. For more information, see the following configuration.

To configure Set Agreement Number Flow

  1. Click Setup > Process Automation > Flows.
  2. Click Set Agreement Number.
  3. Click Edit beside the Object.
  4. In the "Optimize the Flow for:" section, select Actions and Related Records and click Done.
  5. Click Save As and Save.
    The changes are saved as a new version.
