When a user starts creating a new agreement, a new agreement form is displayed after you select a record type. This new agreement form is displayed only when the fields for the form are configured. 

To configure fields on the new agreement form

  1. Go to Setup > Object Manager > Agreement Field Sets > Agreement New Field Set.
  2. Drag the fields from the object palette and drop them into the In the Field Set container.
  3. To make a field as required, double click the field or click the wrench icon () next to the field.

  4. Select the Required checkbox and click OK.

  5. Click Save.
