New Features and Enhancements
The following features are new to Conga Contract Lifecycle Management in this release.
At the time of generating or regenerating documents for a contract, you can view the default document format if it is selected by the administrator in the Document Format Setup. For more information, see Generating a Contract Document and Regenerating a Contract Document.
Downloading Activated Documents from the In Effect View
You can click the document name link to download an activated document from the document list in the panel on the right side in the In Effect View. For more information, see Working with In Effect View.
Template Filter Rules
Using template filter rules, you can set up user-defined filters to narrow the list of templates. For more information, see Template Filter Rules.
Review cycle of a document in Simple Review and Microsoft 365 Review
The review cycle count is incremented sequentially until the redline document is generated. Once a redline document is generated, the review cycle is restarted. The number of days a review cycle is “In progress” is also incremented sequentially until canceled. For more information, see Sending a Contract for Simple Review and Sending a Contract for Microsoft 365 Review.
Retrieving Signed Documents after DocuSign eSignature
Retrieve as Combined Document toggle button is introduced in the DocuSign Setup page. As an administrator, you can turn the toggle button on to enable the generation of a single PDF document containing all the signed documents. For more information, see Configuring DocuSign Parameters in Conga Platform and Viewing a Signed Document with DocuSign.
