The comply user properties allow you to customize permissions for specific profiles or users.

To configure comply user properties

  1. Go to Setup > Custom Code > Custom Settings > Comply User Properties > Manage.
  2. Click New in the Default Organization Level Value section.
  3. Select Profile or User from the Location dropdown.
  4. According to your selection in the previous step, enter a profile name or user name and click the lookup icon () to open the Lookup window.
  5. Select a relevant profile name or user name.
  6. Enable or disable the following property for the selected profile or user and click Save.

    You can repeat the steps from 2 to 6 to customize permissions for other profiles or users.

Show Add More Button During ReviewSelect the checkbox to allow users to view the Add more button while sending documents for review to add supporting documents from their local or shared drive. By default, this property will be enabled for all users. 

By default, if this setting is not configured, the Add more button is visible to all users.
