A legal team is examining a partnership agreement containing around 200 pages. The team cannot afford to spend many hours on a single agreement, as they have other urgent tasks that are equally important. With Conga Copilot, the legal user should be able to quickly ask the most critical questions that the legal team needs to address.
Prerequisites
User has access to agreement records.
An agreement record has associated agreement documents.
User has Conga Copilot access.
Asking Questions to Copilot
Select an agreement from theAgreementstab.
Go to Documents > Agreement Documents section. This displays a list of agreement documents
Click the Copilot link available for the document. This action opens the document window on the left displaying the document details and the COPILOT window on the right.
Click the search icon () at the top of the document page and enter the keyword in the search box.
The COPILOT window displays the following:
How does this work?: Click to navigate to the Conga Customer Community page.
Get Support: Click to navigate to the Conga Customer Community page and log in with your credentials.
Recent chats: Click to navigate to the recent chat history window containing your recent interactions with Copilot.
Frequently used prompts: This contains the most commonly used prompts. You can select any prompt and Copilot responds with a relevant answer. In the COPILOT window, type your question related to the document in the text box and click the arrow icon () to receive the answer.

Click the clear icon () before the text box to return to home screen.
Click the Regenerate icon () to get a different version or format of answer for the same question. This is useful when you don't get an appropriate answer in first instance.
