Working with Conga Co-Pilot

Conga Co-Pilot is an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to boost productivity and efficiency when working with an agreement document throughout its lifecycle. It leverages machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) to analyze and generate content. This is a valuable tool for users handling large documents, allowing them to inquire about the content of an agreement and obtain a document summary.

• Answers questions related to an agreement document.
• Provides a summary of the agreement documents.

Prerequisites

• Conga CLM version number 15.770 is installed. To know more about upgrading Conga CLM to the latest version, refer to Upgrading Conga CLM.
• The tenant is onboarded, and Conga Platform and Salesforce org are configured. For more information, see Accessing Conga Co-Pilot.
• An agreement is generated. For more information, see Generating an Agreement.
• Offline documents are uploaded. For more information, see Importing an Offline Document.

To launch Copilot 

1. Select a generated agreement and go to the Documents tab.
2. The Agreement Documents section displays a list of documents.
   
3. Click the Copilot link for each document to launch Conga Co-Pilot.
