Conga Copilot is an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to enhance productivity across various applications. Copilot allows users to interact through a chat interface enabling them to ask questions about agreements and generate summaries for these agreements.

To access Conga Copilot on the Conga Platform through your Salesforce org, administrators must configure several settings for your Salesforce org.

  • The following object permissions are added to the CoPilotPermissiongroup permission group.
    • AiPlatformImportedDocument
    • AiPlatformRawFile
    • AiPlatformJobTracker

For more information on creating a permission group, refer to the Users module in Managing Admin Console.
