A legal team is examining a partnership agreement containing around 200 pages. The team cannot afford to spend many hours on a single agreement, as they have other urgent tasks that are equally important. With Conga Co-Pilot, the legal user should be able to quickly ask the most critical questions that the legal team needs to address.

Prerequisites

  • User has access to agreement records.
  • An agreement record has associated agreement documents.
  • User has Conga Co-Pilot access.

  Asking Questions to Co-Pilot

  1. Select an agreement from the Agreements tab.
  2. Go to Documents > Agreement Documents section. This displays a list of agreement documents
  3. Click the document's Copilot link. This opens the document window displaying document details on the left and the CO-PILOT window on the right.
  4. Click the search icon (at the top of the document page and enter the keyword in the search box.
  5. The CO-PILOT window displays the following:
    1. How does this work?: Navigate to the Conga Customer Community page.
    2. Get Support: Navigate to the Conga Customer Community page and log in with your credentials.
    3. Recent chats: Navigate to the recent chat history window containing your recent interactions with Co-Pilot.
    4. Frequently used prompts: This contains the most commonly used prompts. You can select any prompt and Co-Pilot responds with a relevant answer.
  6. Enter your document-related question in the CO-PILOT window text box and click the send icon () to receive a relevant answer.

    Following are a few sample questions to ask Co-Pilot:

    • What are Termination Rights for Each Party?
    • What is the Term Type?
    • What are Notice Period for Termination?
    • Summary of Indemnification
    • Summary of Warranties
  7. Click the HISTORY button to view a chat history of your interactions with Co-Pilot for this document.

Result: Conga Co-Pilot responds to your questions with relevant answers.
