Credentials can be set at the Organization level. Users must have the Mix Quik Integration Admin User permission set to set the credentials at the Organizational level. See the Salesforce Help Documentation for enabling custom permission profiles.

To enable custom permissions in profiles:

  1. Choose Organization Default from the drop-down menu.
    Important: Organization Default is not visible for users without the Mix Quick Integration Admin User permission set.
  2. Enter your Customer ID, Username, Password, and User ID credentials as you received them from Quik.
    Note: If you do not know your Customer ID, use Username as the Customer ID.
  3. To save and test that you have entered your credentials correctly, click the Save and Test Quik Credentials button. A message appears at the top of the screen indicating whether the credentials are valid or not.
