Collaborate search allows you to quickly narrow down the list using document attributes or previously saved searches.

Global Search

To perform a search for all content:

  1. Click on Content in the navigation menu on the right.
  2. Under All Content, enter a keyword in the Search field and press Enter. 

    You can add multiple keywords, which are added as tags. Click the x next to a tag to remove it. Clicking the tag icon allows you to select predefined tags for searching. 

  3. Expand the > arrow under the Files, Forms, Images, Pages, Text Snippets or Variables filter options to narrow down search results.

    Next to each filter option is a number displaying the results for each filter.

To perform a search in a Saved Folder:

  1. Click on Content in the navigation menu on the right.
  2. Click Saved Folders, and select a folder.

  3. Enter a keyword in the Search field and press Enter. 

    You can add multiple keywords, which are added as tags. Click the x next to a tag to remove it.

Filtered Search

To search within a specific filtered category:

  1. Click on Content in the navigation menu on the right.
  2. Under All Content, click one of the following options: Files, Forms, Images, Pages, Text Snippets, or Variables.
  3. Enter a keyword in the Search field and press Enter.
