Launching via a Conga Batch Record

  1. Determine which records to include in your batch by building a Salesforce report or SOQL query.
  2. Create a Conga Batch record.
  3. Convert a button or link to a Salesforce formula field using the Conga Formula Builder.
  4. Test the Conga Batch solution to ensure everything works properly.
  5. Launch the Conga Batch solution from the Conga Batch record.
  6. Optional: Schedule the Conga Batch solution to run automatically at a designated and recurring date and time.

Launching via a Salesforce List View Button

  1. Create a Conga Batch record.
  2. Convert a button or link to a Salesforce formula field using the Conga Formula Builder.
  3. Create a List View button.
  4. Delete the Conga Batch record. You only need the Conga Batch record temporarily to access the Conga Formula Builder.
  5. Test the Conga Batch solution to ensure everything is working properly.
  6. Launch the Conga Batch solution from the List View button.
