Conga Batch offers many options for saving the merged output files. These can be stored in Salesforce (for example, as attachments, Chatter files, or Content files) or in Google Drive.

To integrate Conga Batch with Google Drive

  1. Click the Conga Batch Setup tab, and then click Create Google Token.
  2. Sign into the appropriate Google account when the Google Account dialog box appears.

The Google account (in step 2, above) holder must have access to the folders where merged output files will be saved.
  3. Another Google dialog box appears listing the permissions that is requesting. Click Accept.
  4. Click OK on the dialog box confirming that the Google refresh token has been saved successfully.

The Google Refresh Token now displays as Valid Token.
