How to configure Sharepoint with Conga Composer using Microsoft Flow.

Conga Composer files can be stored in Sharepoint by setting up a Flow in Microsoft Office 365 that copies all files in a folder from OneDrive for Business to a specified Sharepoint folder. OneDrive must first be integrated with Conga Composer for the Flow to work.

To integrate Composer with Sharepoint:

  1. Go to the Conga Composer Setup tab.
  2. Click the Integration Partners tab.
  3. Click the OneDrive tab.
  4. Click Create OneDrive Token.
  5. Enter login credentials or select the appropriate Microsoft Office 365 account.
  6. Valid Token appears next to Create One Drive Token to confirm a token was successfully generated.
  7. Add the following OneDrive parameters to a Composer solution.
    • DS7

    • OneDriveVisible

    • OFP

    • QMode

    • SC1

  8. Go to the Copy files between OneDrive for Business and Sharepoint template on the Microsoft Flow website.
  9. Click on Use this template to create a Flow between OneDrive and Sharepoint.
  10. Enter login credentials or select the appropriate Microsoft Office 365 account.
  11. Select which folders in OneDrive and Sharepoint are used for the Flow.
  12. Click Save flow.
  13. When running the Conga Composer solution, files saved to OneDrive are now automatically copied into the specified Sharepoint folder.
