Parameter Requirements: 

Parameter Description: Sets the follow-up date by using the integer to add days to today’s date. 

You can also use dynamic field content for the parameter value: &LG6={!Opportunity.Assistant__c}

In the absence of this parameter, the Assigned To field of a follow-up activity is set to the current user.
