Adobe Document Cloud eSign Contract
The Adobe Document Cloud eSign Contract solution provides a way to send a simple contract to a single recipient for electronic signature. It merges data from an Opportunity, as well as its related Opportunity Line Items, into a Word document that is converted to a PDF file upon merging. The contract template includes sample payment terms and terms and conditions that can be easily replaced with language specific to your organization. The default recipient is the Opportunity's Primary Contact, but the contract can be sent to anyone.
