In Conga Batch and Conga Trigger Release 8, error messages are logged on the Conga Batch Dashboard or Conga Trigger Dashboard.

  1. Click the appropriate dashboard (custom Salesforce tab) to review batches and individual records.
  2. Rows listed with Status of failed or Error encountered problems.
  3. Select a failed batch or Error record in the left pane and then hover on the Error column in the Error List (right pane) to view the specific error message.
