To use the Conga for Google Docs add-on alongside Conga CLM, it is essential to have a supported CLM package installed in your Salesforce org. This section describes upgrading the CLM package.

Installation key
Reach out to the Conga support team for the installation key.
To view the installed packages on your Salesforce org
Login to your Salesforce org.
Go toSetup,in the Quick Find box, enterInstalled Packages, and select it. A list of installed packages is displayed.
In the My Packagesnavigation link, you can see CongaContract Lifecycle Management. Click the Details link to access the Version drop-down and select the version you want to install.
Select the environment in which you want to install the packages.
ClickInstall in Productionto install the packages in your production environment.
ClickInstall in Sandboxto install the packages in your sandbox environment.
Enter your credentials in the Salesforce login screen and click Log In.
Enter thePassword. Use the installation key provided by Conga.
Select the profile for which you want to install the package. Conga recommends that you selectInstall for All Users.
Install for Admins Only: This is the default setting. Apply this access level to disable all object permissions.
Install for All Users:Apply this access level to assign users permissions to read, create, edit, delete, view all, and modify all, for all objects in the CLM package.
Install for Specific Profiles:Apply this access level to assign permissions to specific users to read, create, edit, delete, view all, and modify all, the pricing-related objects in the CLM package.
