Workflow Activity Update

Introduced the following enhancements for the Resume Workflow activity:

• Renamed the Resume activity Wait for Conditions.
• Moved this activity from the Triggers category to the Logic category.
• Updated the activity description.

Workflow Activity Entry Criteria Enhancement

The workflow activity entry criteria now alphabetically sort Field dropdown values and enable you to search using typeahead for faster selection.

Integration User: UI Support

Administrators can now create an integration user directly from the user creation screen. Once the user is created, the client ID and secret are provided to enable data integration between systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, or analytics tools). Additionally, administrators can regenerate the client secret as needed for security or configuration purposes. For more information, see Adding and Activating Users.

Streamlined Workflow Creation and Trigger Feature

The following enhancements are introduced in the workflow module:

• You can now create all three types of workflows (staged, stand-alone, and stage) from the same screen.
• The workflow creation page is redesigned with a wizard-driven layout to clearly outline the steps involved in the workflow creation process.
• The new workflow creation process allows you to select a trigger at the start of the workflow creation, if applicable. You can no longer access the Start Workflow and Schedule Workflow activities from the Trigger category.
• The workflow listing page now displays trigger information for each workflow.

SAML Metadata Upload: UI Support

Administrators can now upload updated SAML XML configuration files directly through the UI when changes are required. Additionally, the Service Provider Metadata file can be downloaded from the UI, simplifying the configuration process for SAML Identity Providers (IdPs) and improving the overall user experience. Enhanced Permissions for Related Items Page

The application now dynamically displays Add, Edit, and Delete options on the Related Items page based on the user’s object permissions. This ensures that users only see actions they are authorized to perform, enhancing security and usability.
