Workflow Instances are the actual execution of workflow definitions. A single workflow definition can have multiple workflow instances in progress at any given time. You can view and terminate any active workflow instances.

To manage workflow instances

  1. Log in to the Conga Platform as an admin user.
  2. Click the App Launcher () icon from the top-left corner > Admin Console > Workflow.
  3. Click Workflow Instances. A list of active workflow instances appears.

    Filter the list of workflow instances by Status:

    • Running
    • Suspended
    • Finished
    • Faulted
    • Cancelled
    • Idle
    Page SizeManage the number of workflow instances displayed per page.
    Sort By

    Sort the list of workflow instances by progress:

    • Finished
    • Last Executed
    • Started
    Bulk Actions

    Apply the following bulk actions to selected workflow instances:

    • Cancel
    • Delete
    • Retry
  4. Click on the ID to open the associated workflow definition pane. Click the Info icon on the activity tile to view activity-specific execution details such as event and its counts, average execution time, fastest execution time, slowest execution time, and latest executed At.
