You can integrate the Contract Intelligence (Standalone) product with the apps you use daily. With Contract Intelligence, you can send contract insights instantly to finance, sales, support, and procurement teams using our native integrations. For freestanding applications, we can help you with integrations for ERP, business intelligence tools, and other solutions.

DocuSign

This integration automatically pulls contracts from DocuSign on signature.

Conga's DocuSign connector is compliant with DocuSign’s latest requirements. There is no need to reconfigure an existing connection.

Salesforce

This integration covers all apps that run on Salesforce. Salesforce integration, including integration with Conga Composer, Conga Sign, Conga CLM, and Conga Contracts for Salesforce, consists essentially of two integration types: file and data integration.

  • File integration fetches designated files from Salesforce. Typically, this includes files attached to contract objects or files with a preconfigured tag.
  • Data integration pushes extracted key terms from a contract to the corresponding Salesforce contract object at the account or opportunity level.

File Integration

Contract Intelligence (Standalone) provides an integration that fetches key information.

File Fetch

As an executed contract lands in an application (such as an e-signature tool), this integration automatically fetches a copy and stores it in your CCI portal.

Data Integration Types

Data Fetch

This integration fetches contract term data already available in your applications, such as authoring tools, and stores them in your CCI portal as tags. This integration typically runs along with the File Pull integration where a contract and associated data created with it are downloaded to the CCI platform.

Data Push

Once the CCI platform extracts the key business terms from a contract and uploads them to the platform (by a custom integration or from the CCI portal), this integration pushes the extracted data, as well as your added tags and other information, to CRM applications (such as Salesforce, Workday, Conga, etc.), and other applications as needed.
