The CI portal sends email notifications to appropriate users on the following events.
Actions:Ownership assignment, folder sharing, or watchlist item addition
Smart events:Contract renewal and termination

Default Notifications
All CCI email notifications are enabled by default. You can opt out of or into the following notifications:
Someone has assigned you ownership of a document.
Weekly upcoming smart events (this email reminds you to check the portal and is produced only if you have access to at least one document with an upcoming smart event)
Upcoming smart event for the document owner. These are every 30, 60, and 90 days by default. You can also add 180 days.
Default reminders for events on your watchlist. These are every 30, 60, and 90 days by default. You can also add 180 days.
