My Clauses

Deleting a Clause

If you have the Clause Admin permission, you can delete a clause from your Clause Library if it is no longer valid.

  1. Locate the clause you want to delete.
    • Click the + icon for the clause to display its text and verify you are deleting the correct clause.
  2. Click the clause record to display its Profile.
  3. In the Clause Profile screen, click Delete Clause in the toolbar.
  4. In the confirmation prompt, click Yes.
