The Home page is the screen that displays once you login to Conga Contracts. You can add several portlets, or miniature browse windows, to the Home page to quickly link to the companies, contracts, documents, and other information you regularly use in Conga Contracts.
The Home page is the screen that displays once you log in to Conga Contracts. You can add several portlets, or miniature browse windows, to the Home page to quickly link to the companies, contracts, documents, and other information you regularly use in Conga Contracts.
You can return to the Home page at any time by clicking on Home at the top of the Navigation Toolbar.
Currently, there are 16 portlets that can be added to your Home page: Recently Viewed Companies, Recently Viewed Contracts, Recently Viewed Projects, Upcoming Events, Upcoming Tasks, My Contracts, My Contract Requests, My Approvals, Recent Messages, Search Query, Document Packages, eSignature Packages, Supplier Registrations, Active Workflow Items/Contract Flows/Flow Steps, BI Toolbox, and Charting.
- One the Home page, click Add Portlet.
- In the Add Portlet window, locate the portlet you want to add, and click its +Add button.
- (Optional) Manage the fields that display in the portlet.
- (Optional) Reposition and resize the portlet.
Some portlets contain multiple tabs to provide different views based on status, icons to perform tasks, and the ability to search for specific data. The tabs that display in the Active Workflow Items portlet can be managed by clicking the gear icon in the header, and selecting/clearing check boxes in the Configure Tabs prompt. The gear icon in the Upcoming Events portlet is used to change the time span for the events that display. In the BI Toolbox portlet, the icon is used to select the Analytics Report displayed in the portlet.
