Adding and Moving Forms for a Contract Request Type
A user with the Request Admin permission can add additional forms to an existingcontract request typetemplate. For example, when a Schedule is added to a Master contract, the Schedule can be added to the template to capture the variable information in the Schedule.
A Request Admin permission can alsochange the orderin which forms display in a contract request type template so that when a user makes a contract request using the template, the forms they are required to complete will display in the desired sequence.
Adding a Bundle Form
Click the Gear Icon in theNavigation Toolbar, and click the Contract Request Types link in the menu.
In the Request Type Browse screen,locatethe request type, and click it to select it.
In the Request Type Bundle Edit screen, click the icon to the left of theBundle Configurationtab.
When the screen refreshes:
Add the basic informationfor the new request form.
Design the request formby adding fields and information panels.
(Optional)Add restrictionsto the request form.
(Optional)Link an existing additional formto the request form.
(Optional)Write a profile ruleto control the display of fields, forms, and additional forms when a user makes a contract request using the template.
(Optional) Designate the request type template asSelf-Service.
Click theBundle Configurationtab.
ClickSave.
Moving a Bundle Form
Click theGear Iconin theNavigation Toolbar, and click the Contract Request Types link in the menu.
In the Request Type Browse screen,locatethe request type, and click it to select it.
In the Request Type Bundle Edit screen, locate the form you want to move.

Tip:Forms in the bundle display as tabs to the right of theBundle Configurationtab.
Click the form, and then drag-and-drop it to the right (or left) to change its location in the bundle.
Click theBundle Configurationtab.
ClickSave.
Other tasks related to a contract request type template are addingrestrictionsto control when the template is available to a user making a contract request, linking the template to an existingadditional formto capture additional information, and writing aprofile ruleto control the display of fields, request forms, and additional forms when a user makes a contract request using the template. For contract requests that do not need approval, you can designate the request type template asSelf-Service.
