Unable to view, add, or edit an additional (dynamic) form in a Company, Contract, or Project Profile.

Solution and/or Cause

Security can be applied to an additional (dynamic) form, allowing Administrators to restrict individual users from viewing, editing, and/or adding the form to a Profile. Contact your System Administrator, who can grant you access to view, edit, and/or add a specific additional (dynamic) form to a Company, Contract, or Project Profile through your user role.
