The Additional Form Profile contains the captured information for anadditional form. Since an additional form can be captured more than once, there may be several Additional Form Profiles for the same additional form.
To access an Additional Form Profile:
Open aContract,Company, or Project Profile that contains acapturedadditional form.
In the Links section of the Profile, click the Additional Forms link.
Locate a captured form, which displays a number other than "0" in theForms Capturedfield.
Click the captured form record to display its browse screen.
Click on an instance of a captured form to display its Additional Form Profile.
Although the Contract Profile is used in the screen shot below, the components are the same in the Additional Form Profile screen in a Company Profile and Project Profile.

Ensure the Profile for the correct form is displayed.
Additional Form fields and lists
Review the Profile, including the information captured by the form.
Edit button
Click toeditthe information in the fields and/or lists. If the Profile displays only Save and Cancel buttons, it is a single-use form, which means it can be captured only once.
Copy button
Click to make acopyof the additional form with the captured information.
History button
Click to review ahistoryof the changes that have been made to the additional form.
Back to Browse button
Click to return to the browse screen for this additional form.
Click theBack to Browsebutton in this screen to return to theAdditional Formsscreen.
