The Analytics check box is selected in the Permission Types section of the Role Profile screen, and the role is assigned to a user, but the user cannot access the Analytics feature.

Solution and/or Cause

Analytics is an Add-On Module that is enabled after it is added to the customer’s contract with Conga Contracts.
