The Company Profile contains basic information for the company, such as its address, contact numbers, website, current status, as well as links to stored data, including the company's contracts, documents, locations, points of contact, and relationships with other companies.

In addition to the default view of the Contracts screen in the Company Profile, there is also a Contract Tree view and Related Company Contract List view.

Open a Company Profile from the Recently Viewed Companies portlet in your Dashboard or the All Companies browse screen, or use the Elastic Search feature to locate the company.

Company basic information fieldsReview the information captured for the company, including the required Company Name, Company Group, and Status fields. The company number is issued by Conga Contracts, but can be set by a user if the company numbering permission is enabled in System Settings.
Address Information sectionExpand the section to review the address and phone number information captured for the company.
Description sectionExpand the section to review the description provided for the company.
Company Additional Fields sectionExpand the section to review any Admin-defined fields, which are designed to capture additional information for the company. Additional fields can be required or optional.
Profile toolbarUse the buttons in the toolbar to perform company-related tasks.
Flow Stages and StepsIf present, click on an action button to complete a step in a company flow.
Links sectionReview additional stored information for the company by clicking on the listed links.
  • The default display is the Contracts browse screen unless there are required Additional Forms that need to be captured for the company.
  • A link that is appended with a number other than zero (0) indicates there is additional information stored for the company. For example, a Contracts (5) link indicates there are five existing Contract Profiles linked to the Company Profile.
Configure Icon
Click the configure icon to display a Configure Links prompt.
  • Clear the check boxes for all the links you want to remove from the Links section of the Profile.
  • Click Submit.

You cannot remove the Contracts or the Additional Forms links from a Company Profile.
Contracts screenEnsure the default Contracts screen is displayed. If the Additional Forms screen displays, there are required additional forms that have not been captured. Click the Contracts link to display the Contracts screen.
Contract List tabEnsure the tab is selected to display the Contract List view.
Contract Profiles listIdentify the Contract Profiles that are stored in the Company Profile.
Download icon
Click the download icon to download a copy of the contract document. If there is more than one document stored in the Contract Profile, clicking the icon displays a list of documents links. Click on a link to download the document.
Multi-party document icon
Identify the contracts that are multi-party agreements, indicated by the presence of the multiparty icon.
Contract Status multi-select listMake one or more selections in the list to filter the display of contracts by status.
Search option
  • (Optional) Click the Search to display a list of searchable fields, and then click in the check box to the left of the fields you want to search.
  • Enter a beginning keyword or value in the Search field, and click the magnifying glass to search for a contract.
  • Click x to clear the filter.
  • The Search option, as well as the options shown in Steps O-R below, are available in most screens linked (Step E) to the Company Profile.
Column display
To customize the information in a browse screen, hover over a column heading until the column icon displays, and click on it to open the Sort/Column menu. Click Columns to display a list of available fields, and select the fields you want displayed by clicking in the check box to the left of the field.
Sort optionTo sort the information in a column in ascending or descending order, click (toggle) on the column heading.
Reorder and Resize Columns
  • To resize a column, hover over the right or left border of the column heading until the resize icon appears. Then, click and drag the border to the desired width.
  • To move a column to a different location in the browse screen, click on the column heading and drag it to the left or right, dropping it in the desired location. When the checkmark icon displays, you are successfully moving the column.
Export to Excel buttonClick to export the information in the screen to an Excel spreadsheet.
New Contract buttonClick to add a root or incorporated contract to the Company Profile.


Contract Tree View

The Contract Tree view of the Contracts screen in the Company Profile shows a hierarchy of the company's contracts that are stored in the profile. At the top of the hierarchy are root contracts, such as Master, Individual, and other agreement types, which can stand alone as legally enforceable contracts. At the next level in the hierarchy are incorporated contracts, such as Exhibits, Schedules, and Statements of Work, which depend on root contracts for their meaning and enforceability.

Root contractsIdentify the root contracts, which display at the top of the tree hierarchy.
Incorporated contractsIdentify the incorporated contracts, which display at the next level in the hierarchy and are linked to their root contract.
Status multi-select listMake one or more selections in the list to filter the display of contracts by status.
Agreement multi-select listMake one or more selections in the list to filter the display of contracts by agreement type.
New Contract buttonClick to add a root or incorporated contract to the Company Profile.


Related Company Contract List View

The Related Company Contract List view of the Contracts screen in the Company Profile provides links to the contracts for those companies that share a relationship with the company named in the Company Profile.

Contract Profile linkClick a link to display the Contract Profile for a company that shares a relationship with the active company.
