You can configure specific expiration days for your Conga Sign eSignature packages in System Settings. 

  1. From the Navigation Toolbar, click on the Administrator gear icon. 
  2. Click System Settings.
  3. Navigate to System Settings > Integrations > eSignature in the left hand navigation menu.
  4. Make a selection from the dropdown menu under the Expiration Days option. The default value of 0 sets the package to never expire. 
  5. Click Save. 

Once configured, notification emails are automatically sent to all signer recipients and emails who received invitations when the package expires.
