The eSignature Admin check box is selected in the Permission Types section of the Role Profile screen, and the role is assigned to a user, but the user cannot access the eSignature feature.

Question or Problem

The eSignature Admin check box is selected in the Permission Types section of the Role Profile screen, and the role is assigned to a user, but the user cannot access the eSignature feature.

Solution and/or Cause

eSignature is an Add-On Module that is enabled after it is added to the customer’s contract with Conga Contracts.
