The existing additional forms for companies, contracts, and projects are listed in the Additional Form Admin Browse screen. From the Browse screen, the additional fields added to the default Company, Contract, and Project Profile screens can also be accessed.

Locating an Additional Field

The Additional Fields category houses the fields that Administrators have added to the default Company, Contract, and Project Profiles. Users access the Administrator-defined fields for a profile by displaying the Additional Fields section in a Company, Contract, or Project Profile.

  1. Click the Gear Icon in the Navigation Toolbar, and click the Additional Forms link in the menu.
  2. In the Additional Form Admin Browse screen, locate the Form Type: Additional Fields category.
  3. In the Additional Fields category, click Contract Additional Fields, Company Additional Fields, or Project Additional Fields to display the Profile Edit screen for the selected Profile.
  4. Scroll through the additional fields in Column 1 and Column 2 to locate the field you want to edit, hide, or needs an Information Panel.

Locating an Additional Form

The Company, Contract, and Project categories in the Additional Form Admin Browse screen contain a list of the forms that Administrators have created and linked to specific groups/types of companies, contracts, and projects. Users access the Administrator-defined forms that are linked to a Profile by clicking on the Additional Forms link in a Company, Contract, or Project Profile.

  1. Click the Gear Icon in the Navigation Toolbar, and click the Additional Forms link in the menu.
  2. In the Additional Form Admin Browse screen, locate the Form Type: Company,Form Type: Contract, or Form Type: Project category, depending on the additional form you want to locate. 

  3. In the Company, Contract, or Project category, locate the additional form using any of the following options:

    Tip:

    All categories in the screen are expanded by default, displaying all the additional fields and the additional forms. Click on the collapse icon for one or more categories to increase the viewing area for another category.

    • Enter a beginning word or value for the form name or description in the Search field, and press the ENTER key on your keyboard.
    • Scroll through the list of forms.
    • Click on the Additional Form Name header to sort the list of forms in ascending or descending order.
  4. Click the additional form record to display the Profile Edit screen for the form.
  5. Locate the field you want to edit, hide, or needs restrictions or an Information Panel.
