The Person Profile holds all the contact information for a person assigned to a responsibility for a contract, along with the functions they can perform in Conga Contracts. From the Contract Profile, you can only view the information for program users and company contacts, but you can both view and edit the information for external people. From the Company Profile you can view company contacts, edit their information, and delete them.

Open the Person Profile from the Person browse screen in your Tools menu, or the People browse screen in a Contract Profile.

Data fieldsReview the information captured for the user or external person, including their physical address, email address, contact numbers, and the function(s) they hold in Conga Contracts.
Edit Person buttonClick to edit the external person's information. The button will not be present for a program user.
View History buttonClick review a history of the changes made to the user's or external person's information.
Browse People buttonClick to return to the People (or Person) browse screen.
