The Person Profile records and stores all changes to the person's information, which can be helpful in assigning them to a contract responsibility.

  1. Open the Contract Profile that has a contract responsibility assigned to a person whose history you want to review.
  2. In the Contract Profile, click the People link in the Links section of the screen.
  3. In the People screen, locate the person whose history you want to review, and click on their name to select them.
  4. In the Person Profile screen, click View History in the toolbar.
  5. In the History screen, review the changes that have been made to the person's information.

A change has been made if there is information in the Updated Value column for a field. The original information for the field is displayed in the corresponding Original Value column. If the Original Value field is blank, the information in the Updated Value field was provided after the Profile was initially created.
