Creating Account Location
- Login to the Conga CPQ on Platform. By default, a Proposals page is displayed.
- Navigate to the App Launcher icon from the top left corner, click Shared Apps > Accounts.
- Click on the account name to view the details.
- Click Locations tab and click Create New Account Location.
- Enter the following information, and click Save.
Field Description Basic Information Name Enter a name. This is a mandatory field. External ID Enter the external ID. Account This is auto-populated from the account. Location Enter the location. Credit Memo Email template Select the template. Default Credit Memo Email template Select the email template. Default Invoice Statement Template Select the invoice statement template. Default Invoice Template Select the invoice template. Invoice Email Template Select the invoice email template. Invoice Separately? Toggle to invoice separately. Is Default Select the appropriate status. Payment Term Enter the payment term. Tax Exempt Enter the purchase order date and time. Tax Exempt Status Select the tax exempt status. Billing Preference Enter the billing preference.
