Creating Account Location

You can create a new account location from the Accounts details page.
  1. Login to the Conga CPQ on Platform. By default, a Proposals page is displayed.
  2. Navigate to the App Launcher icon from the top left corner, click Shared Apps > Accounts.
  3. Click on the account name to view the details.
  4. Click Locations tab and click Create New Account Location.
  5. Enter the following information, and click Save.

    Basic Information
    NameEnter a name. This is a mandatory field.
    External IDEnter the external ID.
    AccountThis is auto-populated from the account.
    LocationEnter the location.
    Credit Memo Email templateSelect the template.
    Default Credit Memo Email templateSelect the email template.
    Default Invoice Statement TemplateSelect the invoice statement template.
    Default Invoice TemplateSelect the invoice template.
    Invoice Email TemplateSelect the invoice email template.
    Invoice Separately?Toggle to invoice separately.
    Is DefaultSelect the appropriate status.
    Payment TermEnter the payment term.
    Tax ExemptEnter the purchase order date and time.
    Tax Exempt StatusSelect the tax exempt status.
    Billing PreferenceEnter the billing preference.
