Overview of the Cart Page

Creating/Viewing a Price Program

The Create/View Price Program action is not available by default in the cart. Administrator must enable the action through Display Action Settings.

Price Programs are associated with quotes by default. Optionally, you can create or associate a Price Program directly from the cart when you want to restrict the program scope to products and ad-hoc groups available in that cart. In the cart-based workflow, products and ad-hoc groups referenced in the scope, criteria, or benefits are limited to cart items only.

  1. Go to the cart and click Create/View Price Program.
    Price Program panel appears in the cart.
  2. Click Fetch Program to fetch and associate price programs or click New Program to create new. Refer Associating a Price Program and Create Price Programs topics.
