104 Cannot Land on Catalog

Error

The error ! Error executing [getConfigurationData]: Attempt to de-reference a null object. is displayed while CPQ is loading the Catalog page.

Cause

This happens when there is an issue with the Display Type setting for your flow in Display Action Settings.

What to do

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go to All Tabs > Config Settings > Display Action Settings > .
  2. Select your flow and save settings one by one for each Display Type or page.
