23 Adjustments Are Not Getting Applied

Error

CPQ is not applying adjustments on the cart.

Cause

The Enable Adjustment Spread setting is set to true.

What to do

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go to Setup > Develop > Custom Settings > Config System Properties.
  2. Click Manage. Edit System Properties.
  3. Mark the Enable Adjustment Spread setting as false.
  4. Click Save.
