26 Cannot Add a Product to the Cart
Error
The error ! Failed to reprice.: Invalid conversion from runtime type Double to String. is displayed on the Catalog page when you add a product to the cart.
Cause
This happens when an incentive is created with empty criteria.
What to do
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to .
- On the View drop-down, select All and click Go.
- Delete all search filters.
