36 URL Displays devMode=true

Error

URLs always display devMode=true for the Catalog, Cart, Config pages.

Cause

This happens when the value of the Logging Level setting is wrong.

What to do

Perform the following steps to resolve the error:

  1. Go to Setup > Develop > Custom Settings > Config User Preferences.
  2. Click Manage. Edit required user.
  3. Change the Logging Level setting to Debug or Info instead of Dev.
  4. Click Save.
