47 Products Are Not Displayed
Error
CPQ does not display products on the Catalog page or on click of a category from the Catalog page. Running the Criteria Maintenance displays the following error:
First error: Row with duplicate Name at index: 3
Cause
This happens when there are unwanted entries of criteria.
What to do
Solution 1:
Perform the following steps to resolve the error:
- Go to .
- Delete duplicate entries of criteria.
- Go to .
- Delete duplicate entries of criteria.
Solution 1:
If Solution 1 does not work, delete all criteria from Config LineItem Criteria Fields and Order LineItem Criteria Fields.
