To create a Color Band

  1. Go to ADMIN SETUP> Pricing Administration > Deal Guidance > Color Bands. The Color Bands page is displayed.
  2. Click the Add Color Band button. The Color Bands list page is displayed.
  3. Enter the following details:

    Field

    Description

    Band NameEnter a name for the Band name. This is a mandatory field.
    Color CodeGive a color code to the new Band Name. This is a mandatory field.
    Deal ShapeChoose a Deal Shape from the given picklist. This is a mandatory field.
    DescriptionEnter a description for the Band Color.
  4. Click +. A new Band Color will be created.

      1. Enter the details that is required.
      2. Click the delete icon {} to remove the color band.
      3. Click Save.

To delete a Color Band

  1. Go to ADMIN SETUP > Pricing Administration > Deal Guidance > Color Bands. The Color Bands page is displayed.
  2. Search for the color band that you want to delete.
  3. Click the delete icon {} to remove the color band.
  4. Click Confirm

To update a Color Band

  1. Go to ADMIN SETUP > Pricing Administration > Deal Guidance > Color Bands. The Color Bands page is displayed.
  2. Search for the color band that you want to update.
  3. Select the field that you want to update and click {} icon.
  4. Enter the desired changes and click Save.
