Pricing administrators can clone Price Dimensions

To clone a price dimension

  1. Go to ADMIN SETUP > Pricing Administration > Price Dimensions. The Price Dimensions page is displayed.
  2. Search for the price dimension you want to clone.
  3. Click the ellipsis icon next to the product name and click Clone. The Clone Price Dimension page is displayed.

  4. Enter the details:

    Field NameDescription

    Context Type

    (Mandatory)

    Select the context type for the dimension from the following:

    • Product Attribute

    • Line Item

    • Custom

    • If Context Type is Line Item

      • Field (Mandatory)

      • Cumulative Dimension - dropdown with the list of existing dimensions

      • Relation Type : Select a relation type between the context type and the line item field.

    • If Context Type is Attribute

      • Attribute Group (Mandatory) : Search and select an attribute group

      • Attribute (Mandatory) : Select an attribute in the attribute group selected above.

    • If Context Type is Custom

      • Field (Mandatory)

    Price Dimension Name

    (Mandatory)

    Give the name to your cloned dimension. The default name will be CLONE - Name.

    DescriptionEnter a description for the dimension.
    FieldSelect the field for the cloned dimension.
    Cumulative DimensionList of existing dimensions.
    Type

    Select the type of the dimension from the following:

    • Amount

    • Quantity

    • Standard (Default selected)

    • Term

    • Equipment

  5. Click Save.
