To create a Rollup

  1. Go to ADMIN SETUP> Product Administration > Rollups. The Rollups page is displayed.
  2. Click the Create New button. The New Rollup page is displayed.
  3. Enter the following details:

    Description

    Rollup NameEnter a name for the Rollup.
    Is ActiveSwitch the toggle to on if the rollup is active.
    Is ModifiableSwitch the toggle to on if the rollup can be modified.
    ScopeThis is a picklist value, where you have to choose whether the rollup belons to the product or the product group.
  4. Once the rollup is created, you can configure the rollup.

    Is ModifiableSwitch the toggle to on if the rollup can be modified.
    ScopeThis is a picklist value, where you have to choose whether the rollup belons to the product or the product group.
    ProductSelect the product that you want to associate the rollup with.
    Filter ExpressionAdd the formula field.
    ACTION
    Update ObjectUpdate the object type.
    Update FieldUpdate the field associated with the rollup.
    OperatorChoose the operator value.
    Value ExpressionEnter the formula that needs to be calculated.
  5. Click Save to save the updates.
  6. Click Save & Create New to save the updates and create new Rollup.
  7. Click Discard Changes to delete the updates
