To set up Conga CPQ with the Conga platform, you must perform several configurations for both the Salesforce org and the Conga platform.

An administrator can be any of the following persona: Customer Administrator, Partner Administrator, or any other administrator assigned the responsibility of setting up Salesforce org with the Conga platform. In this topic, this persona is referred to as the Customer Administrator.

The Customer Administrator is responsible for completing the entire setup process with assistance from the Conga CloudOps team.

Tenant Onboarding 

This task is owned by the customer administrators and Cloud Ops team.

  • Customer Administrator: Reaches out to the Conga service team to log a service ticket for tenant onboarding.
  • CloudOps team: Initiates tenant onboarding process based on the service ticket.
