1. Go to ADMIN SETUP > Application Settings > Global Settings > Favorite.
  2. Enter the following details and click Save.

Disable Favorites

Turn this setting on to disable the Favorites category on the catalog, Save As My Fav button on the cart and any UI elements related to Favorite Configurations on catalog, configuration and cart pages. By default, this setting is turned off.

Listed Favorite Configuration Column1

Select the favorite configuration field to be display on the catalog page for your favorite configuration records. You can enter a maximum of one API name. If you have a requirement of displaying one more field, use the Listed Favorite Configurations Column 2 setting.

Listed Favorite Configuration Column2

Select the favorite configuration field to be displayed on the catalog page for your favorite configuration records. You can enter a maximum of one API name.

Favorite Filter Fields

Select the fields from the favorite configuration object to be used as filters on the catalog page.

Favorites Display Label

Enter a label for favorites. This label is displayed as a category name on the catalog page. If this field is blank, CPQ defaults the label to "Favorites".

Show Favorite as First Category

Turn this setting on to display your favorites category as the first category displayed in the default catalog view.

Favorite Category Image

Upload an image for your group of favorite configuration category. This image is displayed under your favorite category (as entered in Favorites Display Label) on the catalog page.
