You can view Field Expressions, Rollups, and Price Rules that are associated with the Product Group in the pop-up. The information displayed in this panel is in read-only format.

To use the Where used Option

  1. Go to ADMIN SETUP > Product Administration > Product Groups. The Product Groups page is displayed.
  2. Search and click on the product group name to view the details.
  3. Click the Where used button in the top right corner.

  4. In the Used Locations pop-up, do the following:

    • Review the number of field expressions, rollups, and price rules that are associated with the product group.

    • Click the Field Expressions tab to see the list of field expressions where the product group is used as a scope.

    • Click the Rollups tab to see all the rollups that are associated with the product group.

    • Click the Price Rules tab to see the list of all Price Rules where the product group has been referenced.

    • Click on the name of a Field Expression, Rollup, or price rule to view additional details in a new tab.

    • Search and sort field expressions, rollups, and price rules.

  5. Click Close.
