After you onboard your tenant, all the CPQ and CRM OOB objects in Salesforce are automatically mapped to the Conga Platform. Once the configurations on both Salesforce and Conga Platform are completed, sync the master data objects like Products, Categories, Pricelists, Accounts, Opportunities etc to the RLP object database using the Data Sync tool.

To run data sync manually

  1. Log in to the Conga Platform as an admin user. A Conga Platform welcome page is displayed.
  2. Click the Admin Console tile. A platform Administration page is displayed.
  3. Click DataSync. The Mapped Objects for Data Sync page appears.

Conga recommends enabling one master object at a time and then performing a data sync.

  4. Click Sync Now. The Sync Now window appears.

    • Incremental: Syncs only new records or those not on the Conga Platform yet.

Enable this toggle to sync attribute data (which may include fields, metadata, or additional information) associated with the object.

  5. Click OK. The data sync process begins, and you are redirected to the Run History tab.
  6. Click Run History to view sync details and any associated errors.

To perform a datasync for order line items in bulk, ensure that the feature flag platform-enable-datachange-stream-notifications is enabled for your org. If not, reach out to the Conga support team to enable the flag for your org.
