New Features

The following feature is new to CPQ in this release.

Introducing APTS_DefaultCollaboratorType

In this release, a new admin setting, APTS_DefaultCollaboratorType, has been introduced to define the default collaborator type when initiating the quote collaboration request on the cart page. This setting reduces the need for additional clicks and minimizes the time spent on configuring collaboration settings, enabling sales representatives to efficiently set up requests.

For more information, see Assigning the Configuration to the Collaborator or Queue and Configuring Admin Settings.

Enhancements

The following enhancements are new to CPQ in this release.

Bundle Component Views

In Bundle maintenance, during the process of updating nested bundles associated with main products, certain products experienced the unintended deletion of their existing bundle component views. With this enhancement, such deletions will no longer occur, ensuring data integrity and preserving the existing views. Users can now perform bundle maintenance without losing important component views.

Bundle Maintenance for Managing Large Product Inventories

This enhancement expands the capability of Bundle Maintenance, allowing users to manage all bundle products without any limitations. It will reduce the previous constraint of only being able to process the first 10k bundles, providing solution for handling bundle updates. The users can now access and work with all bundle products on the Bundle Maintenance page.
